Our Partner Facilities: Where Change Begins

The impact of the New Life Behavior Program is made possible through the trust and partnership of the correctional facilities we serve. These institutions open their doors to transformation—allowing faith-based rehabilitation to take root where it’s needed most.

Currently, our work is focused inside the Lindsey State Jail in Jacksboro, Texas, where lives are being changed from the inside out. As the ministry grows, we will continue to expand into additional facilities, bringing the same spirit of hope, discipleship, and restoration wherever the Lord leads us.

We’re grateful for the support of the wardens, chaplains, and facility staff who help make this ministry possible. Their cooperation and heart for second chances are a key part of every testimony we share.

Changed
Eyes.
Changed
Lives.

Something shifts when an inmate experiences the love of Christ firsthand. Jeff sees it in their eyes—a softening, a sense of dignity restored, a spark of something new...

“This isn’t just about rehabilitation. It’s about redemption.”

Jeff Hill Brings Church Inside the Pods

A Bold, Personal Approach to Inmate Discipleship

Most prison programs take place in designated classrooms or multi-use rooms—spaces separated from the realities of daily prison life. But Jeff Hill does something different. He walks straight into the pods—the very units where inmates sleep, eat, and live their everyday lives—and teaches the Word of God right there.

This approach is bold. It’s personal. And it’s powerful.

By choosing to meet the men in their own space, Jeff earns trust quickly. His presence shows that he’s not just a visitor—he’s invested. He’s not afraid to be with them, where they are. This simple act of proximity breaks down barriers and opens hearts.

“This is where they live—and that’s where ministry has to start,” Jeff says.

In the pods, the atmosphere is raw and real. There are no desks, no projectors—just eye contact, honesty, and the life-changing truth of Scripture. The men lean in. They listen. And slowly, something changes. Jeff sees it in their posture. In their responses. In their eyes.

A Ministry Milestone Worth Celebrating

The New Life Behavior Program isn’t just a curriculum—it’s a calling. Each completion ceremony marks a powerful step forward in the lives of incarcerated men who have chosen to walk a new path, guided by the light of God’s truth...

Stories That Inspire

Behind every certificate is a story—of struggle, surrender, and salvation

“The man I was… isn’t the man I am. God met me in a prison pod—and I’ll never be the same.”

"I Was Angry at the World"

“Before this program, I was angry at everyone—myself, my family, even God. I didn’t think I deserved forgiveness. But sitting in that pod and hearing the Word from Mr. Jeff week after week… something broke inside me. Not in a bad way. In a healing way. Now I pray every morning. I even write letters to my kids again. I’m not just trying to survive anymore—I’m living for something bigger.”

— Darryl S., Lindsey Unit Graduate

"God Met Me in My Cell"

“I used to think church was for people who had it all together. But Mr. Jeff brought church to me—right where I was, in my cell block. I couldn’t run from it. And for the first time, I felt like God saw me… not the worst parts of me, but the man I could become. The New Life Behavior Program gave me tools I never had. Now I’ve got hope, and I’ve got peace I never thought I’d feel again.”

— Jose M., Lindsey Unit Graduate

"I Finally Feel Free"

“I’ve been locked up for years, but I never knew how bound I was until I started learning about forgiveness and grace. This program didn’t just teach me the Bible—it helped me see myself through God’s eyes. I’ve cried more in the last two months than I did in ten years. But they’re good tears. Healing tears. I finally feel free, even behind these walls.”
