Jeff Hill is a husband, father, and grandfather whose life reflects a deep pursuit of God’s heart and a passion for serving others. A commissioned graduate of the Majoring in Men program by Dr. Edwin Louis Cole, Jeff has served in ministry as a teacher, deacon, men’s leader, and mentor. After more than 36 years in the plumbing industry—including over two decades as a business owner—Jeff transitioned into full-time ministry, answering a call to preach, teach, and disciple. He holds a bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies, a Master’s in Christian Apologetics from Biola University, and is currently completing his Doctorate in Christian Leadership with a focus on Chaplaincy. Jeff brings a blend of practical leadership, theological depth, and servant-heartedness to the mission of Disciple 4 Life Ministries, helping to express God’s love through both word and action inside and beyond prison walls.

A Team Aligned by Faith
and Purpose
Each leader at Disciple 4 Life brings a unique set of gifts — from pastoral care and prison ministry to business, counseling, and nonprofit leadership. What unites us is a shared calling: to disciple, to restore, and to raise up those impacted by incarceration. We operate with integrity, accountability, and a deep reliance on the Holy Spirit as we build a model for restoration across North Texas and beyond.

Rodney Gattis
Board Member
Rodney Gattis brings more than two decades of community service, nonprofit leadership, and entrepreneurial excellence to the board of Disciple 4 Life Ministries. A general contractor and founder of RA Gattis Services, Rodney has built a reputation for reliability and compassion, serving others with both his hands and his heart. His ministry journey is rooted in his own life story—raised in a modest home and supported by a faithful church community. That foundation led him to launch Tentmenders and later The Mended Network, a nonprofit providing critical home repairs for the elderly and financially vulnerable. To date, The Mended Network has completed over 66 home repairs and launched a six-bedroom emergency shelter offering temporary housing for those in crisis. Rodney’s work reflects a deep commitment to faith, dignity, and practical compassion. Whether equipping homes with HVAC and solar systems or advocating for the underserved, he continues to live out James 1:27—serving those in need with excellence and humility.

Philip Saunders is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose life is anchored in faith, family, and service. A member of Turning Point Church since 2008, Philip has played an active role in Tent Menders Ministry, helping meet the practical needs of those in crisis. His commitment to hands-on service is matched by his leadership in public safety, having served on the Codes & Standards board in Burleson, Texas. Through his steady presence and servant heart, Philip brings wisdom and reliability to the mission of Disciple 4 Life.
